Appeal for Applicants Denied Tenancy
If your application is denied you will be notified in writing. The written notice will include:

  1. The reason the application was denied;
  2. State the applicant has the right to respond to the owner within fourteen days of the date of the denial notice to dispute in writing the denial or the applicant can request a meeting to dispute the denial and;
  3. State persons with disabilities have the right to request a reasonable accommodation to participate in the informal hearing process.
If a meeting is requested the meeting will be conducted by a staff person who was not involved in the initial decision to deny admission. Within five business days after receipt of the written response or meeting, the owner will advise the applicant in writing of the final decision on eligibility.     I have been a satisfied resident of this community

    I have been a satisfied resident of this community. The staff provided and continues to provide a great service to our residents over the years. They are quick to respond when needed to resolve any issues that come upon my apartment. They are friendly and courteous and make me feel care for. The rent is very affordable and I am extremely grateful for that since I am a retired person. I am a very happy resident. Great job to all.
