Out of more than 42,000 invited organizations, EHDOC stood out for our commitment to listening to employees and fostering meaningful engagement across our communities. Winners were recognized nationally by USA TODAY and celebrated at the National Awards Summit in Las Vegas.
What makes this honor especially meaningful? It’s based entirely on feedback from our own employees. Through a confidential survey conducted by Energage – the research firm behind the Top Workplaces program – team members shared their experiences and perspectives. The results reflect key drivers of a strong workplace culture, including connection, support, and a shared sense of purpose.
