EHDOC staff participated in the OSB Career Expo 2022 on Friday, February 20. The Job Fair was held at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Food insecurity in the affordable senior housing industry is real and continuous. COVID-19 made the issue more serious as seniors hesitated to go out for food and supplies. Service Coordinators have found creative ways to address the issue. The American Association of Service Coordinators (AASC) just completed a case study on how Service Coordinators help seniors access nutritious meals.
