Applications will be selected for Wait List by First Come, First Served method.

Rent & Income

Tenant will pay 30% of the household’s adjusted gross income for rent.

There are several ways to apply for residency.

  1. In-Person Application: Visit our Management Office to pick up an application from our staff.

  2. Mail Request: Call our Management Office to request an application be mailed to you.

Notice of Right to a Reasonable Accommodation

Appeal for Applicants Denied Tenancy
If your application is denied you will be notified in writing. The written notice will include:

  1. The reason the application was denied;
  2. State the applicant has the right to respond to the owner within fourteen days of the date of the denial notice to dispute in writing the denial or the applicant can request a meeting to dispute the denial and;
  3. State persons with disabilities have the right to request a reasonable accommodation to participate in the informal hearing process.
If a meeting is requested the meeting will be conducted by a staff person who was not involved in the initial decision to deny admission. Within five business days after receipt of the written response or meeting, the owner will advise the applicant in writing of the final decision on eligibility.
