  • I enjoy living here

I have been living here at the Marx since the building open. I enjoy living here, I do not have to pay for laundry or parking. The building is quiet and people keep to themselves, but we do look out for each other. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby.

  • I love it

Living in the North Park Community Campus Marx Apartments is like living in the suburbs. I love the quiet and serene landscaping, not to mention the wildlife. I am very pleased with my living arrangements. It’s very affordable for me and I don’t have utility bills to deal with.
