I’m happy here. I moved to John Piazza Apartments and everything was good. I like my apartment. The staff is good to us and I am so happy. I feel very secure. Everybody is good to me, neighbors and friends. I love the Service Coordinator who is good to me and everybody.

I feel blessed. I love my apartment. If I need something, staff is here to give me a hand. They talk to me with courtesy. I don’t pay too much rent, which is great for me. It’s beautiful (my apartment at John Piazza). I love it. I am grateful for this. And thanks to everybody who has done this for all of us.

I like the location. Stores are around. Kaiser Hospital is near. I did not come from an apartment and did not know anyone. I met a lot of people living here. But I enjoy my privacy also.

I moved from another Senior housing to John Piazza from Dino. I am very happy and appreciate these places for us. We have a lot of things to do. A lot of activities that we like and enjoy. I have time and a place to visit with family. Nothing stops us from doing what we want. I am very pleased and happy. We make friends. This is more than we can ask. We are so blessed to live here and I thank you.

My name is Janny Tan, I lived at John Piazza since 2010 when the building Grand opening, so far is good for me. I like friends, most of them nice to me either man or woman, I am Indonesian America (only one) in here and I’m happy live here.
