Eligibility:
Individuals eligible to apply are:
- 55 years of age or older, and the disabled
- For 2 people, the head of household must meet the minimum age requirement of 55+
- At or below household income levels established by Florida Housing Finance Corporation annually
- Households must earn a minimum 2x the rent to qualify
Units are reserved for households with incomes at or below 30%, 60% and 80% of Area Median Income. Household income limits may preclude qualification for one or two bedroom units. If no vacancies exist at the time of application, applicants will be added to the wait list.

How to Apply for Residency
There are several ways to apply for residency.
- In-Person Application: Visit our Management Office to pick up an application from our staff.
- Mail Request: Call our Management Office to request an application be mailed to you.
- Email Application: Fill out the "Inquire About This Property" section with your name, phone number, and email. In the message box, specify your request for an emailed application.
If the property waitlist is closed, applications will not be distributed to the public. However, you may complete a property guest/prospect card by contacting the property office number directly or in-person. This does not place you on the waitlist but allows the property to contact you if the waitlist reopens. You may also check our website regularly for announcements regarding waitlist openings.
