A large Community Room where residents can sit in and connect with other residents. A gazebo out back on patio to sit at. We have quest Wifi, A large laundry room on 2nd floor. We provide in unit a stove and refrigerator and free utilities except cable & phone.

Walmart is in walking distance, Giant Eagle, Close Restaurants, Bus Transportation right out front of buildings. We are about 2 blocks from Tuscarawas Avenue, the main road to Hospitals, Food, Shopping.
Services
We have an office in the building for our Service Coordinator, who meets with residents daily. Our Service Coordinators provide residents with programming and services that will enhance their independence and quality of life. They assist with Medicare open enrollment. We also have Meals on Wheels, and the Bookmobile comes weekly to the property. We distribute a monthly newsletter.

There are several ways to apply for residency.
If the property waitlist is closed, applications will not be distributed to the public. However, you may complete a property guest/prospect card by contacting the property office number directly or in-person. This does not place you on the waitlist but allows the property to contact you if the waitlist reopens. You may also check our website regularly for announcements regarding waitlist openings.
