How to Apply for Residency

There are several ways to apply for residency.

In-Person Application: Visit our Management Office to pick up an application from our staff.
Mail Request: Call our Management Office to request an application be mailed to you.
Email Application: Fill out the "Inquire About This Property" section with your name, phone number, and email. In the message box, specify your request for an emailed application.

If the property waitlist is closed, applications will not be distributed to the public. However, you may complete a property guest/prospect card by contacting the property office number directly or in-person. This does not place you on the waitlist but allows the property to contact you if the waitlist reopens. You may also check our website regularly for announcements regarding waitlist openings.

If a meeting is requested the meeting will be conducted by a staff person who was not involved in the initial decision to deny admission. My compliments to EHDOC for Lloyd McBride Court, the excellent senior citizen’s housing property in Millvale, PA. It is a clean, safe and well managed building for seniors. I would like to give special mention to our Service Coordinator for the excellent assistance and guidance for all seniors living here.

Living at Lloyd McBride Court is very pleasant, I feel secure and, since it is independent living, I can come and go as I want. The Service Coordinator is “on top of everything” for whatever I need. Management does a good job of running the building and Dale, maintenance, keeps the building in shape by fixing what needs done in a timely manner.

I moved in to Lloyd McBride Court in July but the residents welcomed me with their friendly attitudes and helpful ways and I have already made some friends. The staff is outstanding and they have assisted me with getting settled in and with needed resources. The building is very clean and is kept up every day.

I am very happy to be living at Lloyd McBride Court, I feel safe and secure here at all times. No one on the staff, Management, Service Coordinator or Maintenance, turns me away when asking for assistance by saying “that’s not my job.” The Management staff has always been courteous and fair and does a good job of maintaining the building.

At Lloyd McBride Court I feel safe, happy and comfortable. The building is close to shopping and transportation and community events. The staff has made living here pleasant and the residents welcomed me which has resulted in some nice friendships.
