We have an office in the building for our Service Coordinator, who meets with residents daily. Our Service Coordinators provide residents with programming and services that will enhance their independence and quality of life. They assist with Medicare open enrollment. We also have Meals on Wheels, and the Bookmobile comes weekly to the property. We distribute a monthly newsletter.

  3. State persons with disabilities have the right to request a reasonable accommodation to participate in the informal hearing process.
If a meeting is requested the meeting will be conducted by a staff person who was not involved in the initial decision to deny admission. Within five business days after receipt of the written response or meeting, the owner will advise the applicant in writing of the final decision on eligibility.     I love the staff here at Mayfield Manor III as well as the helpful maintenance staff. My favorite employee is Becky and the way staff treats the residents like family. I have been here about 3 years and do not want to ever move. I love the activities that the staff throws for the residents and especially all the parties!
