The EHDOC Service Coordinators recently attended the American Association of Service Coordinators Conference (AASC) held from August 28-30 at the Gaylord National Hotel in National Harbor, MD. The conference was filled with learning opportunities and the most up-to-date information on topics related to Service Coordination, so the Service Coordinators can continue to provide the best service to our residents.
During a gracious luncheon hosted by our President and CEO, Melanie Riberio, Service Coordinators from around the US were recognized during an awards ceremony. This year, our own Haley Kim received the “Service Coordinator of the Year” award!
Haley has served as Service Coordinator at the J. Michael Fitzgerald Apartments in Chicago, IL for 6 years. During her tenure, she has gone above and beyond what it means to be of service to her residents. Using her vast wealth of knowledge and creative problem solving, Haley continuously improves the quality of life for her residents. Her grace, compassion, and rapport with residents and staff makes Haley such an asset to EHDOC. Congratulations Haley!
